1996 Saab 9000 CSE Turbo
80,000 miles on it
$5,800 w/ title transfer, plate, & sales tax out the door.

I'm really digging it

Yay for you. Now buy me one too. The only thing dependable about my '87 Accord is it breaking down at the end of the week.

Enjoy btw.

Just don't let Kramer drive it on E. . .

The 9000's Saab's first big car, doesn't quite look like a hat. Fun to drive none the less

Burb~ Automatic, not stick. It's what they had, and I drive stick like shit anyways.

I don't want to tar everyone with the same brush, and I am sure young Scoob will be the exception, but on-road-experience has taught me that SAAB drivers are assholes. Anyone else find that to be the case?

Have fun with the car Scooby! My first car was a piece of shit Vauxhall Chevette 1.2l. Still, it got me through my driving test so I shouldn't complain too much.

the cavalier i've been driving is dying.

i think to spite it, me and a friend are going to bust all the windows out, weld in some safety equipment, and run it at beech bend on the cheapy stock car circuit. they have front runner figure-8, but the amount of modifications required is too extensive for me atm. although i would like to smash the fuck out of someone with this car.

Unless he bought a house (land contract) on the same block he lives he may need a car to get to the closing, etc.

You know what? I thought a lot about it, and decided that it just wasn't for me. There's always time to make money. I'm young. At the moment, I'd rather be as untethered as possible than have commitments like owning property, or credit cards, or loan payments, etc. That's why I paid cash for my car. That and I wanted to be a baller, but who doesn't ;-D.

Burb~ Something I've always wanted to do is take a $100 POS car and drive it off a cliff. You should do that, and film it. It'd rock the proverbial socks.

technically you _could_ get in trouble for that, though.

what do you tell the cops who discovered it? your car went out of control, but you were smooth enough to jump out at the last minute?

I don't think Scooby intended for you to jump out of the car. >:-)

Seriously though, don't do that. It would be better to steal a car and drive it off a cliff. Why waste $100?

Because you can waste $100 on a lot of things, but not many of them end up with a car being driven off a cliff.
