Back in the day most of the people here used to be pretty hard core conservative.

I like Dennis Kucinich...

What do you guys think of Ron Paul?

Is it the US midterm elections? Or is it the actual thing. I can never tell anymore.

Primary elections.

I haven't payed much attention to things, but I hear good things about Mitt Romney and Ron Paul. My mom really likes Ron Paul's platform. She said she wouldn't mind if he didn't get the go ahead, but said she will be very upset if Rudy Guilaiolainai wins.

Lol - I can remember D2's "BUSH WIN'S" thread back in 2000. I wonder if he still feels the same way about Bush now that the country is in much worse shape that it was 7 years ago. You know we are 9 trillion in debt now? GG Bush!@!!

Yea, Bush was arguably the worst president since 1900. We should resurrect that thread and humiliate the people here who supported him back then.

If we were to pile on 4 years of Mitt Romney to Bush's disastrous 8, I do not think America could fully recover before 2040. I'm from Massachusetts -- I've experienced Romney first hand.

That's cool....

I wonder why it says we're only 574 Billion in debt when this site says we're close to 9 trillion?

That's not year by year spending is it? It says increases in the national debt at the top, not spending year by year...

Increases year by year. X-axis denotes years, Y-axis denotes money spent. Thats the way I interpret it.
