You know that Abacus can be overclocked GFK? You can count lines in MS Word faster than you would believe possible!

74gb WD Raptor Drive
2x160gb WD DRives
Creative Audigy ZS Platinum (w/Z-680s)

I have several puters now in the house...but the two primaries are:

PentiumD 820 w/2GB Ram
36GB Raptor
Vista Ultimate
Hauppauge PVR500 Dual Tuner
Logitech Harmony 880 Remote
32" Sony Wega (soon to be a projector)
...btw, DVRMS Tools on a MCE based HTPC kicks ass (for commercial skip)

The other system:

P4 3.4GHz
4GB RAM
Windows2003 R2
1-400W PSU (system)
1-450W PSU (hard drives)
4-500GB HDD in RAID5
3-200GB HDD
3-160GB HDD
400 DVDs, 135GB in MP3, and loads of music videos...all streamed over the network to the living room and bedroom.

I recently bought 4 RAID-5 controllers off e-bay for $40...normally push $200 each and am planning on putting another couple terabytes in that machine for more dvd goodness after my house is finished. When the electricians are done, I am moving in to do my pre-wiring for speakers and network (in wall speakers in various rooms of the house and a network jack in every room...maybe even the shitter )

The reason is because of that server. We currently can watch our recorded TV in the living room on the HTPC or we can go into the bedroom and watch it.
