Server Name: This is the name of your server that will appear in the in-game multiplayer menu, and any other
server list that you report to.
Message of the Day: This is somewhat of a sub-title for your server. Most folks use this to enter humorous
or taunting messages.
Admin Name, Email and URL: These are all optional settings. When this information is entered, their
values are displayed with the server information (in supported applications such as GameSpy).
Server Type: Here you can choose between three types of servers. A Listen server allows you to
run a server that you can play on, a private server is essentially the same as a dedicated server, but does not
report it's presence to any master server.
Game Type: Specify the type of game you would like to run.
Maximum Players: This sets the maximum number of clients that are allowed on your server at one time.
When running a server on Cable or DSL connections, you should set this according to your upstream bandwidth. Try
to allow only enough connects that will provide each player with at least a 40kbps connection.
